Second Invasion

Annyeong Inspirits! I know.. I know.. Sorry for not updating my blog, blame the workloads and my laziness orz. This story is getting old and stale but I don't care eh eh eh eh eh I want to share with you guise.

I'm not going to spazz over their May comeback because I haven't receive my Infinitize album yet. Let go back to their encore concert shall we? ^^

After sobbing for hours, I finally decided to pre ordered these Second Invasion official merchandize - the file set and postcards set.

I love their pure white and innocent themed for the file set especially Myungsoo's because of the cat. Haha! Nothing much to say because we already saw their photo shoot vids and stuff~


While the postcards set... Their namja looks were asdfghjkl the black tux or suits or whatever kyaaaa I love it! >3<


I have to admit that their encore concert's merchandize were super duper expensive especially their necklace orz so pretty but these photocards caught mt eyes first ᄒᄒᄒ

   I love love loveeeeeeeee this one among his cards but Myungsoo wae must you be here askldflkfhnsdkjbgsdg as expected of our visual /sigh/ but hamstergyu still cute though ᄏᄏ

Really can't erase my memory of their first winning award at M! Countdown urgh wae weren't you cry Kim Sunggyu waeeeee~~~~

Any update did I miss? Oh, Hoya's acting debut! I want to listen to his Busan satoori (A Pink's Eunji too ^^). Infinite's new variety show, yeay for that! Can I pray that they'll secretly bring DuNuCo to the set? We all know that Dubu is doing fine, I want to know what happen to Nurungi and Coco. Dubu-ah, don't you miss your dongsaengs? ᅲᅲ Ah~ Sunggyu's first stage mistake. Well, that was almost a mistake. Not a big deal though because he was so into that song. I wonder if Sunggyu still likes that noona. o.O

I hope they'll doing great during this promotion and activities. Please please please don't get sick. If not, I'll hunt manager's oppas and sajangnim down. XD

For now, let's wait patiently for their 3rd anniversary.

Pay Day

It was Labour Day and I just get my pay day a day before. I promised my dongsaengs months ago to bring them back to Crumbs, "Sammich dia sedap!" Srsly sedap. Even mama and babah like it! Mirza loves their homemade chips. My favorite is Salmon Ninja.

They have new menu, yeay! I also had their duck sammich (If you love peking duck, try this.) Duck = Sandeul. Forever legit.

 Mia ordered Strawberry milkstache. Full of berries, very very very creamy. ♥ /Namu's waifeus must have these ᄏᄏᄏ/

While Mirza, Chocolate milkstache. :3

 Mine was The Lampshade. Aiman recommended it. Beautiful turquoise liquid.

Took away Philly Maybe for mama and Salmon Ninja for babah and few more fooooooooood muahahaha!

 Chicken ham and tomato quiche, chicken and jalapeno quiche, salmon quiche.

Chocolate chip cupcake with peanut butter frosting (sedap), baby lime cake (sedap), blueberry white chocolate cheesecake (sedap)

Ala kau semua pun sedap. Apa je yang tak sedap pfft!
Kau diamlah!

Cinnamon Sugar Pull-Apart Bread

For the record, I didn't use Kim and the bread maker. This bread was so easy to make. I love the yeasty taste and oh the cinnamon and nutmeg and a pinch of allspice, bliss! I love that exotic smell of cinnamon.

Even the recipe is now stuck here inside my brain. Danial insisted me to bake some for him to bring to Seremban. (*´▽`*)

Now, grab your pen and paper. Write this down. Or, I know you're lazy, Ctrl+V, Ctrl+C and print. ( ̄ー ̄)

The dough:
- 3 cups bread flour (or you can use the normal, plain flour)
- 1/4 cup castor sugar
- 2 1/4 tsp dry, active yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 75g butter
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla

The filling:
- 3/4 cup castor sugar (I used 1/4 cup castor sugar and 1/2 cup dark brown sugar)
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- a dash of ground allspice
- 50g butter.

1. The dough; Whisk the flour (2 3/4 cups, we'll used the 1/4 cup later), sugar, yeast, and salt in a large bowl. Put aside.

2. Whisk the eggs. Put aside.

3. Melt the butter and milk in a small pot. Remove from heat, add the water and vanilla. Let it stand for 1-2 minutes to bring it warm.

4. Pour in the milk mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir a bit.

5. Add in the eggs and stir until incorporated. It will be soupy and sticky. It's okay, just keep kneading fr about 5 minutes.

6. Cover with a clean, wet cotton towel. Place it at a warm place and let it rest for 1 hour. (I placed it on top of my refrigerator. Seriously, the best way.) Or, you can let it rest in the fridge overnight, let it sit for 30minutes before you roll it. That means, you knead the bread on the night before. Okay, proceed.

7. Now the filling; Whisk the sugar, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and ground allspice in a bowl. Melt the butter in a small pot until the color turn golden brown. Remove the heat and let the melted butter cool a bit.

8. Deflate the risen dough and knead it more with the 1/4 cups leftover flour. Knead it until everything is well combine and it won't stick to your palm by now. Cover it again using the clean, wet cotton towel. Let it rest for 5 minutes.

9. Floured your work surface, roll the dough using a rolling pin.



10. Use a pastry brush to spread the melted butter all over the rolled dough. Sprinkle the sugar mixture. Sprinkle it all, trust me.


11. Slice the dough vertically. Stack on top, one after another. Slice into 6 equal slice once again.


12. Layer the dough in a loaf pan like a flip book.


 13. Cover it again with the previous wet cotton towel and allow it to rise (doubled) at a warm place fr 30-45 minutes. Again, on the fridge! See the result,



14. Bake the bread in a 175 °C oven, 30-40 minutes or until the top turn very golden brown. 



15. Serve it warm with tea or coffee. But patience is not my virtue, so I ate those right after I took it out from the oven. Enjoy your bread everyone!!

Complete!

Finally received 'First Invasion' and 'Inspirit' few weeks ago and I'm beyond happy! Now I just have to wait and pre-order their comeback album somewhere before May 2012. ^^

They'll be at Japan this week; 25th at Tokyo, 27th at Osaka and 30th at Fukuoka. I guess Sunggyu will celebrate his 25th birthday there, just like Dongwoo's last year birthday celebration. All the best for your japanese comeback my babies! We love you many many ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ /throw hearts Namu's style/
